Rubin Weston
Partner
Rubin is a partner in our London office and a specialist in the financing of oil and gas projects. He has worked on significant financings in the upstream, midstream and downstream sectors.
His career has focussed on work in emerging economies and has been fairly evenly divided between lender and sponsor representations. This understanding of both parties’ positions enables him to better facilitate compromise.
His excellence in the energy sector has been recognised by Chambers every year since 2011. Clients have recommended Rubin to Chambers for his “pragmatic approach, which focuses on the key dealbreaker points” and for being “responsive and giving direction”.
